Terms of purchase
Please note that we currently only deliver our products within Sweden.
Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details of the products, price, billing and delivery address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately. We do not change orders that have already been processed by our warehouse.
Failure to confirm order
Due to technical failure or other circumstances beyond Homie's control, your order confirmation may be late or may not be sent at all. If your order confirmation takes more than 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.
Payment and delivery
Orders are placed in the Homies webshop and payment is made directly via credit card or other payment methods. If you pay by credit card, the money is deducted directly from the account and then handled in our warehouse and the order is sent out 1-3 days after purchase.
Regarding the security of online credit card payments, all payment information is encrypted. As Homie-Life in Balance works with an authorized payment service provider, credit card information is handled properly and in accordance with international security standards.
Klarna payment options
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms for pay within 14 days can be found here.
Account: Klarna Account is an overdraft facility provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to pay for purchases monthly in installments of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total amount of credit used or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. Pay Direct: Automatic deduction from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been made or the goods have been shipped. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

Order confirmation
When you order your goods, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase confirming that we have received your order. This order confirmation also serves as your receipt and can be useful to save in case of contact with our customer service.
Freight
Prices do not include the cost of delivery and other charges which are clearly indicated as an addition to the price during the ordering process and which may vary depending on the value of the order. There is no shipping charge if the order exceeds the amount specifically stated on our site. free shipping limit is displayed on all pages within our website. The information is placed at the top of the page.
Delivery of products
The ordered products can only be delivered within Sweden. The delivery will be made to the address you specified in your order or the nearest delivery point, this is then notified via text message or notice in the mailbox. We will process your order as soon as possible and normal delivery time is 1-3 days after your purchase has been completed. During the high season when many more people shop with us, it may take a little longer before your products are packed.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery of the products. Homie- Life in Balance is not responsible for any non-delivery, incorrect delivery or delay in delivery of any order caused by you providing incorrect or incomplete personal data. We reserve the right to refuse an order from you at any time if we reasonably suspect that you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
Triggered package and receipt of delivery
You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that there is a recipient who can sign for the delivery at the agreed time of delivery. If you are not on site to receive the delivery, it will incur costs for us that we reserve the right to charge you for. For example, if you as a customer have not collected your shipment from the delivery point despite reminders, have not been available to receive the delivery or have been able to be reached at the specified telephone number, have provided incorrect information about name, address or contact details, or if you have refused to accept the delivery.
Your parcel is normally held for 7 days at the post office before being sent back to our warehouse. In the event of an unredeemed package being returned to us, you will be charged a fee of SEK 150, which will be deducted directly from the refunded amount.
Prices
All prices in the shop are in SEK (unless otherwise stated or selected by the user). All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to make price changes due to price changes from suppliers, technical errors, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Personal data and privacy
Homie - Life in Balance processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Data that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other businesses or linked to other, external registers.
What data is processed by Homie?
Homie - Life in balance offers a variety of services that you can use in different ways. In addition, we use your data within the framework of the strict Swedish and European data protection legislation, but also for other purposes, such as product development, scientific research (especially in the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence and deep learning) and market research, for the optimization of business processes, the needs-based design of our services and for personalized advertising.
Your data is used by us for personalized advertising, which is shown to you in the Homie Services and on other providers' websites and apps. For this purpose, we use standard internet technologies. This way we can target our advertising to provide you with advertisements and offers that are truly relevant to you. This allows us to better meet the needs of our users in terms of personalization and to discover new products and to sustain your interest in our services through a more personalized shopping experience.

Security and safety

Cancellation procedures
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order has been processed and packed. To cancel an order, you must go to your page, select the correct order and there change or delete the order placed.
Right of withdrawal
At Homie Life In Balance you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the shipping cost and it is important that the product is not used before a return is made, so the packaging must be unbroken.
Once your return is received, it needs to be approved by Homie Life In Balance, in case of an invalid return, we will get back to you via email.
In the event of a return, you bear the risk for the item and it is therefore very important that the item is returned in undamaged original packaging and that any accessories and manuals are also sent. Feel free to use the original box your order came in as outer packaging when returning. Pack your return well and send your package traceable - NOTE! Not recommended.

Refunds of received and approved returns will be made within 30 days.
Complaints
A complaint must be made via our customer service ([email protected]). Complaints about broken products must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered. Please note that the defective product and packaging must be kept until the matter is resolved. If the product is not in stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you before further handling. We normally handle complaints within 1-5 working days depending on workload. In the event of an approved complaint, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.
If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us directly via [email protected]. A written complaint and a picture of the package must be received by us within two days of receipt of the delivery. Please note that you must keep the original packaging for possible investigation. All our products are weighed and scanned during packing. Should it be a case of theft, a police report is also required.
Damage
In the event of a broken or opened box on delivery, contact your delivery point directly when you pick up the package. They have ready-made claim forms.
Return freight
In the event of a return, the consumer is responsible for any shipping costs. In the case of defective goods, the return will be processed as described under "Complaints".
Your rights
We have undertaken to deliver the product(s) resulting from the contract you have concluded with Homie-Life in balance. As a consumer, you always have statutory rights in relation to products that are damaged/incorrect/inaccurately described. These statutory rights are not affected by the right of withdrawal or our general terms and conditions. Advice on your legal rights in Sweden can be obtained from the Swedish Consumer Agency.
Product information
We reserve the right for any misprints on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
Dispute
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board.
Other EU country
Residents of an EU country other than Sweden can submit complaints online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and legislation.
Limitation of liability
We do not accept any liability for indirect damage that may arise from the product. We do not accept any liability for delays/defects resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the company (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Change of conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be published online on the Website. The amended terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted in connection with the order or visit to the website.

Homie Life In Balance reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. When you shop at Homie Life In Balance, you enter into a contract. In order to enter into a contract, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger, one of your parents must authorize the purchase for the contract to be valid.
